Windows:
Aluminum Storm Windows are available in plain aluminum and powder coated finish colors
(white, chocolate brown, almond, and black). Available styles include 2-track, 3-track,
picture, and sliders. The 2 and 3 tracks are completely weather stripped on four
sides with interlocking meeting rails.
Storm windows, although not as prevalent in the north, can still be installed over
most new wood windows with or without aluminum cladding. This will help increase
the efficiency of the insulated glass and frame. It is also a less costly option
than replacing a window that has not worn out.
We carry two lines of Replacement windows, the All Weather Products Series (All vinyl)
and Pro Series (Thermally broken aluminum with vinyl cladding). Available colors
include white, beige, and special order bronze. (Bronze is not warranted from fading)
AWP replacement windows are double weather stripped on four sides, with an interlocking
meeting rail and 7/8 inch insulated glass. Standard windows come with clear glass
and half screens. Low E, tinted, triple-pane, and colonial grids can be added at
an additional charge.
The Pro Series allows contractors the stability to create a larger window (ex. picture
windows), but one that will match the other AWP windows being used.
AWP has a 25-year warranty on Replacement windows. As in most warranties, the parts
are pro-rated at 15 years. (Today’s technology and manufacturing process estimates
the life expectancy of insulated glass to be 25 years.)
Shutters:
We manufacture louvered exterior shutters in three widths and nine colors at our
location. Three additional widths and thirteen additional colors are available on
special order.
Bat-N-Batten and panels shutters are also available. These are composed of separate
pieces so different color combinations can be created.
If we cannot find a color to meet your needs, a paintable shutter is available in
all three styles.
Our supplier provides a limited lifetime warranty on the vinyl materials.
